We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session without penalty.
This applies to cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as any no-shows.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged the $30 fee and your session will be forfeited.
Grace periods are built in, but lost time isn't extended — your session still ends at the originally scheduled time.
Studio time is limited and reserved specifically for each client. Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals prevent us from offering that time to other artists. This policy helps us keep the studio running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
